A new segment has been added to the lineup for AEW Grand Slam Dynamite. Prince Nana will give an update on Swerve Strickland during Wednesday’s show. The former World Champion hasn’t been seen on AEW programming since being stuck with a syringe and given a chairshot to the head by Hangman Page at AEW All

At AEW Dynamite Grand Slam, Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness will meet in the ring for the first time since 2009. Notably, this will be McGuinness’ first time competing in a singles match since 2011. McGuinness has often talked about his jealousy of Danielson and how he went on to have the career that he should have had.

Former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa threw out the first pitch at a San Diego Padres game over the weekend. Taking to Twitter, Rosa thanked the MLB team for the opportunity. She wrote,

New matches have been added to AEW Dynamite & Collision Grand Slam. Jeff Jarrett will meet Hangman Page in a lumberjack strap match in which the lumberjacks at ringside, which will include the Bang Bang Gang,

Roderick Strong will face Hook next Saturday, on the special “Grand Slam” edition of Saturday Night “Collision.” In preparation for that match, Strong joined the commentary team during Hook’s match against JD Ink; if this even qualifies as a match.
