Rocksteady Studios, the makers behind the genre-defining Arkham trilogy, has been one of the industry’s leading developers for over a decade and a half. Its seminal Batman games created the template that dozens of superheroes and fictional characters would follow, from Captain America and Spider-Man to Mad Max and Celebrimbor.

According to leaker Nick Baker, Rocksteady is working on a new 'Batman: Arkham' game, with Sony trying to "moneyhat" the supposed title.

Warner Bros or Rocksteady has not officially announced the existence of a new Batman game from Rocksteady, but anything is possible. In reality, it would make sense for Rocksteady to return to the franchise that made them the number one superhero games developer on the planet. The studio has not made a full Batman game since 2015's Arkham Knight.

It seems that Rocksteady might be going to the franchise that put them on the map. According to Shpeshal Nick, Rocksteady is working on a new Batman game, with it also being reported that Sony is making a play for some kind of exclusivity deal.

A famous gaming leaker on Twitter reported that Rocksteady is back to working on the new Batman game. As further rumored by the leaker Sony is trying to acquire the exclusive rights of this game. @Shpeshal_Nick on X retweeted a post which asked for “the next game developer for the Batman game”.
