BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) – Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski announced on Monday that veteran Jameis Winston will start at quarterback coming out of the bye week. Stefanski told reporters that Winston will be the team’s starter moving forward through the final eight games of the season.
