The Alabama Crimson Tide marched into Baton Rouge this past weekend and blew the doors off the LSU Tigers. In front of a rocking home crowd on Saturday night, 'Bama smoked LSU, 42-13, and it is always difficult for fans to swallow such a brutal beatdown from a big rival.

Gov. Jeff Landry took a shot at the LSU football team after the Tigers were blown out 42-13 by Alabama over the weekend.

LSU previously ended the tradition of bringing a live tiger to the sidelines of games in 2016, when Mike VI died.

LSU had a special guest in attendance for its 42-13 loss to Alabama in Week 11. Louisiana governor Jeff Landry pushed for the inclusion of a live tiger during LSU's pregame festivities, and he got his wish when an ersatz Mike the Tiger took to the sidelines in a cage prior to kickoff.
