Porsche adds new Taycan GTS and Taycan 4 models with enhanced performance, range, and charging capabilities, hoping to reignite interest amid declining sales.

It’s often said that variety is the spice of life. If you agree, you’ll be pretty happy about the new models joining the 2025 Porsche Taycan lineup. The automaker confirmed the new Taycan GTS and Taycan 4 EVs Tuesday morning, with the former being offered as a sedan and Sport Turismo wagon while the latter is offered only as a sedan.

The Porsche Taycan 4 is the new entry-level all-wheel-drive model, offering up to 429 hp. The Taycan GTS now delivers 100 more hp than the previous year’s model, with 690 hp total. Prices for the Taycan 4 start at $103,

The Porsche Taycan EV adds three trims to its lineup for the 2025 model year: an AWD Taycan 4 sedan and two flavors of the performance-oriented GTS, a standard sedan and a Sport Turismo wagon.

When it comes to modern electric vehicles, the Porsche Taycan is objectively tough to beat in almost every metric.
