Two boys, who were aged 12 when they killed the 19-year-old, listened in court as a victim impact statement was read out.

Shawn Seesahai came to England for opportunities, but a chance encounter led to his murder by two 12-year-olds.

Mr Seesahai was killed when he crossed paths with the boys in Stowlawn playing fields, in East Park, on November 13 last year. The victim - who was from the British Overseas Territory of Anguilla, in the Caribbean - was stabbed in the heart and 'chopped at' to his head.
