A 15-year-old fan of the star India batter Virat Kohli has been going viral on social media as the craze to watch his favourite star bat made him travel 58 km on cycle. The young boy travelled from Unnao to Kanpur to witness his star in the ongoing second Test match between India and Bangladesh at Green Park.

In an attempt to get close to Virat Kohli, the groundstaff went and touched his feet. He was then shoved away by another groundstaff.

Before the toss, a heartwarming fan moment involving Virat Kohli was caught on camera. In a viral video, a member of the ground staff touched Kohli's feet as the star batter was doing his pre-match warm-up at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur.

Virat Kohli, an iconic figure in Indian cricket, is playing in the 2nd Test against Bangladesh at Kanpur’s Green Park stadium. A ground staff member demonstrated his respect for Kohli in a special gesture before the important match.

In Kanpur, India chose to field first after winning the toss. The visitors entered the game with their lineup unaltered, while Bangladesh made two changes: Taijul Islam and Khaled Ahmed replaced Nahid Rana and Taskin Ahmed.

The decisive second Test between India and Bangladesh got underway at Green Park, Kanpur on Friday, September 27. The game got delayed by an hour due to a wet outfield caused by overnight rain. Virat Kohli and the other cricketers stepped out to practice about an hour before the start of play as the ground staff worked tirelessly to get the ground ready.
