Donald Trump’s lawyers and the Manhattan district attorney’s office have agreed to delay activity in the hush money case until November 19 to give the president-elect’s lawyers time to make new arguments on how his election victory impacts the case.

Judge Juan Merchan was scheduled to issue a decision Tuesday on whether the Supreme Court's broad presidential immunity ruling means Trump's 34 felony convictions must be tossed out. But the pause on the case until Nov. 19, which was made public Tuesday, means that ruling won't come this week.

In the last week since winning the election, Trump has already named some of the positions, including the 'border czar' and chief of staff.
