After BioAge Labs raised nearly $200 million in its IPO this week, several companies are beginning to eye the public markets, including Reynolds's MNTN.

MNTN, a connected TV advertising platform that counts Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds as its chief creative officer, has picked Morgan Stanley to work on an initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter.

MNTN has already expanded significantly in recent years acquiring Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds’s agency, Maximum Effort, in 2021, and raising $119M in a Series D financing in 2022. After the 2021 acquisition, Reynolds took over as chief creative officer.
