Penn State has played in two noon kickoffs this year, winning both against West Virginia and Bowling Green. The Lions won 34-12 on the road against the Mountaineers through a two-hour-and-19-minute weather delay, while they narrowly pulled away from Bowling Green 34-27 thanks to a second-half comeback.
