An overnight incident Wednesday that included Hinduphobic messages at a temple near Sacramento are being investigated as a hate crime. Deputies with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department says someone spraypainted disturbing graffiti and damaged property at BAPS Shri Swarminarayan Mandir in Mather.
