Officers in Kaukauna say an arrest in a criminal damage case has been made where roughly $230,000 in damages were caused to newly constructed homes in the area between 2021 and 2024. According to a release from the Kaukauna Police Department,

Strobel-Nieft, 40, was charged in connection with four of the incidents. She faces two counts for each allegation: burglary and criminal damage to property.

KAUKAUNA, Wis. — Kaukauna police make an arrest in connection with vandalism at new home sites. The woman is accused of entering newly-built homes that no one had moved into yet and turning on the water faucets, causing flooding damage.
