Maine man, Billy Morvent, is charged with multiple severe offenses following an "active shooter" crisis in Rumford.

Police say Billy Morvent crashed his truck Nov. 5 into a nearby home, set it on fire and fired at people there.

The incident led Rumford police to issue a shelter-in-place in the area, and a family lost its home in the fire.
