Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard will not feature for Norway in their upcoming Nations League matches as he continues his recovery back to full fitness. The 25-year-old missed 12 matches after suffering ankle ligament damage while away with the national team in September.

Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard is travelling to join up with the Norway squad ahead of their games against Slovenia and Kazakhstan this week. Odegaard made his comeback for Arsenal last week after being sidelined since the start of September,

Norway have confirmed that Martin Odegaard will return to Arsenal during the international break to continue rehabilitation on his ankle injury. Odegaard injured his ankle ligaments during the September international break and returned from an eight-week absence as a late substitute in Arsenal’s 1-0 defeat to Inter in the Champions League last Wednesday.
